  5. I cut the carrots into thin halves of circles, finely chop the onion. I fry in a cauldron with the addition of vegetable oil.
  6. Next, I throw in chopped white cabbage. Cook for 10-15 minutes over medium heat.
  7. I spread vegetables: pepper, zucchini, eggplant, potatoes. Salt and pepper to taste. I pour water (120-150 g). Carcass 10-15 minutes.
  8. At the end, I lay out the rest of the ingredients, including tomato paste. I mix. Carcass until fully cooked.

Serve hot, decorate with fresh herbs (parsley and dill).
