    It is hard to believe that it is so easy to cook these sugar waffles, and even without a special waffle iron, in an ordinary homemade frying pan. Nevertheless, it is so. And how to fill the crispy wafer rolls, decide for yourself.

    Ingredients:

    • Egg whites - 2 PC.
    • Sugar - 200 G
    • Milk - 200 ml
    • Flour - 200 G
    • Butter - 25 G
    • Vanilla sugar - 1-2 tsp

    Cooking:

    • Mix egg whites with sugar and vanilla sugar. Add milk, flour and knead the dough without lumps.
    • On a cold (thin-bottomed) skillet, spread some batter very thinly.
    • Fry the waffle with a little heat on one side and the other. It is better to use two pans, then the waffles will cool in turn.
    • Roll the waffles while warm, otherwise they will break.

    • How to cook cottage cheese dessert with biscuit waffles: 250 ml chilled cream 33-35 % beat with powdered sugar ( 100 d) to soft peaks - the mass should increase in volume. As soon as a clear trace of the beaters is visible, then the mass is whipped. The main thing is not to overwhip, otherwise the cream will separate.
    • Add to cream 250 g cottage cheese. I previously rubbed it through a sieve for a more delicate structure. Beat lightly with a mixer to combine the cottage cheese and cream. You can do this with a spoon or spatula so as not to overbeat.
    • Melt 100 g white chocolate in the microwave in short bursts 10-15 seconds, stirring each time. Pour the cooled chocolate into the prepared mass and mix with a spatula. Cover with cling film and send to the freezer until completely solidified.
    • Cooking biscuit waffles. 2 beat eggs with 40 g sugar and 5 g vanilla sugar into a strong foam.
    • Add flour in several steps 40 d) Gently mix with a spatula.
    • We fill silicone molds for waffles. I lubricated them with vegetable oil for insurance. Bake in preheated 180 °C oven until done. Readiness is checked with a wooden skewer or we focus on the external “tanned” appearance.
    • Waffles are very soft and tasty, and together with a cottage cheese dessert - a pleasure.
    • We decorate the cottage cheese dessert with wafers with melted chocolate, raspberries and mint leaves. Serve to the table - and enjoy! Bon appetit!

    Rhine waffles with cinnamon

    Crispy, crumbly Rhenish waffles with cinnamon, cloves and lemon zest are baked in a waffle iron.

    How to make Rhenish cinnamon waffles:

    All starting products - butter, margarine, eggs, milk must have the same temperature. Then they blend better.

    When preparing the dough, first beat the butter or margarine, then gradually add granulated sugar to them.

    Eggs are beaten separately until foamy.

    Sifted flour is poured into whipped margarine in portions, constantly stirring.

    Pour a beaten egg into a well-mixed dough, add zest and spices and mix well again until the lumps disappear. The dough should have a uniform consistency.

  • White bars (sweets) - 300 G
  • Mac - 100 G
  • chopped walnuts - 100 G
  • Butter - 150 G
  • Jam (I chose apple-strawberry) - 300 G

Cooking - 2 hours (your 30 minutes):

  • How to make stuffed waffles: Prepare waffle filling. First, we will clean the bars from the wrappers.
  • Candy alternately scroll through the meat grinder. Add softened butter to them 75 d. Then in the white mass - poppy, and to the chocolate - nuts. Mix well. Chocolate bars are denser than white ones, and you may need to add a little oil to make the mass softer.
  • Put a thick layer of chocolate filling on the wafer cake and evenly distribute it.
  • Cover with another cake and grease it with jam.
  • Next - the next cake and white bars, cake and jam. We cover with the last cake, and then with a cutting board, on which we put a small load. Let's keep it that way 1-2 hours. Then we cut the waffles into rhombus pieces.
  • Delicious waffles with filling are ready. Bon appetit!

Wafer rolls with boiled condensed milk in chocolate glaze - my favorite treat)))

Mix eggs with sugar, add flour, then pour in melted margarine, mix, bake.

As soon as you remove the waffle sheet from the waffle iron, immediately put the boiled condensed milk and wrap it with a roll, otherwise the sheet will harden and the waffle tube will break.

Chocolate glaze.

In a bowl, heat 2 tablespoons of water, sift 150 ml of powdered sugar there, and 150 ml of cocoa powder there. When it boils, pour in 20 g of melted butter.

When the tubes are baked, dip both sides in the icing, put the wafer tubes on a plate and sprinkle with powdered sugar.
